【金钩竹荪冬瓜汤】
竹荪是名贵的食用菌,历史上列为“宫廷贡品”,近代做为国宴名菜,同时也是食疗佳品。

竹荪具有滋补强壮、益气补脑、宁神健体的功效;补气养阴,润肺止咳,清热利湿。竹荪能够保护肝脏,减少腹壁脂肪的积存,有俗称“刮油”的作用。

冬瓜具有清热化痰, 除烦止渴。有利水消痰、清热解毒的功效。两者同食起到清热解暑,补气止渴的作用。

    Steps to make 【金钩竹荪冬瓜汤】

    • 1.竹荪用淡盐水泡发10分钟
    • 2.泡发后去除竹荪的网状部分
    • 3.剪去菌盖头(封闭的一端)再剪成寸段
    • 4.冬瓜洗净去皮,切成小方块
    • 5.锅中加入适量清水,调入浓醇高汤
    • 6.大火煮开后加入切块的冬瓜
    • 7.加入清理干净的竹荪
    • 8.加入清洗干净的虾米
    • 9.待冬瓜煮至呈半透明状,调入适量精盐,撒上葱花即可
