Steps to make 凉拌松花蛋

  • 1.准备3个松花蛋将外壳洗干净。
  • 2.去掉外壳用温水洗干净。
  • 3.准备辅料。
  • 4.大蒜和生姜用压蒜器压成泥,青红椒切成圈,香菜切成小段。
  • 5.里面盐,胡椒粉,鸡精,白糖,香油,生抽和凉拌醋,另外锅中烧油,油冒烟后淋在上面调成料汁。
  • 6.松花蛋用细线绳一分为四摆入盘中。
  • 7.将泡发好的腐竹切成小丁摆在盘子中间。
  • 8.将调好的料汁淋在上面即可开吃。
