无水无油蒸蛋糕
出于对健康的想法,烤的易上火。于是就想出蒸着试试,很成功。

  • 低筋面粉50克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 白砂糖35克

Steps to make 无水无油蒸蛋糕

  • 1.两个鸡蛋打散,低粉筛2遍,白砂糖称好。
  • 2.鸡蛋中加入白砂糖先低速打发3分钟,转中高速5分钟左右,提起打蛋器后打发的蛋糊花纹不消失的,或者插上一根牙签,不倒也表示打发好了。
  • 3.将筛过的低粉倒入蛋糊中,用抄底的手法翻拌匀至无干粉状,倒入6寸圆模或小杯模具中。表面盖保鲜膜。
  • 4.水开蒸上15分钟,关火两分钟后再开盖,取出放凉,再脱模。
  • 5.看看发的不错吧。
