三文鱼炒饭
清明假期刚过,家里小MM周5才回学校,然后周六日就不放假了,过了两天轻松的假期。假期回家扫墓,回去的时候高速公路变成了停车场,平时不到四个小时的车程花费了多一倍的时间。返程还惨,车子在高速上爆了胎,看到车流如鲫的高速,乖乖,还是命要紧,硬把车开下高速才敢换胎(还好离出口只有1公里)。结果,轮胎报废了,回来换个轮胎又花了1千2,呵呵。不过,一年一度的聚会,见见久未谋面的本家亲戚,还是要的。
    好了,说吃的。三文鱼的味道鲜美,特别是挪威的深海三文鱼,味道一流。吃过日式的三文鱼炒饭,味道还可以,口感比较丰富,挺好。在家里也尝试下,做出来效果不错,和饭店有得一拼。不过,没有加清酒和味琳,就不叫日式了,嘿嘿。

Steps to make 三文鱼炒饭

  • 1.准备好三文鱼250克,鸡蛋两个,洋葱一个,胡萝卜,香葱适量,米饭等材料。
  • 2.将三文鱼去骨切小块。
  • 3.洋葱、胡萝卜、香葱切碎。
  • 4.将一个鸡蛋打在饭中。
  • 5.将鸡蛋在饭中搅匀。
  • 6.起油锅,将鸡蛋打入适当煎一下。
  • 7.蛋还没完全凝固的时候将米饭入锅,迅速和鸡蛋一起炒匀。
  • 8.米饭炒干后,推倒锅边,在锅里加点油,将三文鱼入锅炒一下。
  • 9.加入洋葱,胡萝卜一起炒熟。
  • 10.将米饭与三文鱼,胡萝卜,洋葱炒至均匀。
  • 11.加入适量的盐,生抽、黑胡椒粉调味,加葱花炒匀。
  • 12.好吃的三文鱼炒饭出锅了。
