【湘菜】家常豆腐
最爱的还是家常菜,各种口味的家常豆腐都是我们餐桌经常出现的菜品,今天的这款是湘味的家常豆腐,我有时候会放点肉,有时候不放,感觉都很好吃,也都很下饭。这里分享给朋友们,希望大家喜欢!

  • 卤水豆腐约450克左右
  • 青蒜一颗
  • 郫县豆瓣辣酱一勺
  • 生抽一勺
  • 老抽一滴
  • 一勺
  • 少许
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 【湘菜】家常豆腐

  • 1.家常豆腐主料---卤水豆腐。
  • 2.郫县豆瓣酱(郫县豆瓣酱很多的厂家,有的好吃有的不好,这个  颜色好看,但是味道和那个简装带的不同)。
  • 3.豆腐切成2公分左右大小,1公分左右的薄厚的片。本来是想做别的味道,临时改了,否则会做成长方形的更好看一些。
  • 4.把青蒜洗净切成丁,葱姜蒜切成片备用。
  • 5.热锅凉油,炒锅热了后放入花椒炸香后捞出花椒放入豆腐煎。
  • 6.一面煎好了翻面在煎。
  • 7.等两面金黄都煎好了。
  • 8.放入葱姜蒜炒香。
  • 9.把豆腐用铲子把豆腐推到边上,中间放入郫县豆瓣酱炸香。
  • 10.然后翻炒让其上色均匀。
  • 11.然后放入青蒜、再放入少许料酒、生抽、老抽,并放少许鸡汤或者水。
  • 12.然后放入白糖、淋入醋,用水淀粉勾芡出锅即可。
