    • 1.螺蛳从菜场买回来后可以放些食用油/麻油和水养一段时间,吐吐槽(也就是吐吐垃圾和小螺蛳啦),下锅前记得用钳子剪掉尾巴(否则吸不出来噢),把螺蛳冲洗干净
    • 2.姜切片,葱切段,干辣椒数枚洗净备用
    • 3.锅中放入少许油,分别放入切成小段的干辣椒,辣味出来后,再加入葱和姜继续爆香
    • 4.倒入洗净的螺蛳翻炒几下
    • 5.倒入大量的酒,适量的酱油,糖和鸡精
    • 6.盖上锅盖焖一下,看到里面的汁水烧开再开盖
    • 7.先试试汁水的味道,咸味是否足够,如果太淡可以再加些盐。接着翻炒几下,试吃一个,是否吸得出来。吸得出就可以出锅了~
