  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.牛肉切小方块加入一茶料酒,姜末加入冷水焯水
  • 3.焯过水的牛肉洗净备用
  • 4.番茄用开水烫去外皮,切片备用
  • 5.锅里倒入少许底油下番茄炒至浓稠
  • 6.将炒好的番茄酱倒入砂锅加入两茶匙料酒,姜片葱结
  • 7.加入800毫升清水大火烧开改小火煲制50分钟左右
  • 8.煮好关火加入半茶匙盐和少许鸡粉调味即可
