手工酥脆蛋卷

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 黄油80g
  • 低筋面粉120g
  • 糖粉90g
  • 熟黑芝麻10g

Steps to make 手工酥脆蛋卷

  • 1.鸡蛋打散加入砂糖搅拌至糖融化。黄油隔水加热至液体后加入蛋糖液,低筋面粉过筛加入,用刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀。加入芝麻拌匀。面糊就做好了。
  • 2.舀一小勺到加热好的蛋卷模具上(开小火)
  • 3.合上蛋卷模具,过3秒后用筷子按压模具中间(为了使蛋卷皮厚薄均匀,薄了才会脆)
  • 4.适当翻面烤一下,听到噗噗声没有时就是快好了(可以掀开看一下,到自己喜欢的颜色)用筷子卷起来
  • 5.抽出一根筷子把蛋卷轻轻压一下整形成圆圆的
  • 6.晾凉后就脆了,吃不完的放密封盒保存。
