  • 1.大米两杯,淘洗干净
  • 2.大米倒入锅中,放入干辣椒段、花椒粒小火炒香。炒至微微变黄,关火晾凉
  • 3.将凉凉的大米倒入研磨杯中,打成粉末备用
  • 4.姜蒜切末备用
  • 5.猪肉切片
  • 6.锅中放入姜蒜末爆香,炒出香味后放入豆瓣酱,少许老抽炒匀
  • 7.倒入肉片拌匀
  • 8.倒入米粉拌匀,使每一片肉都裹上米粉,放置一小时入味
  • 9.隔水蒸1小时,出锅后撒上葱花就可以开动啦
