Steps to make 豆浆蔬菜锅

  • 1.黄豆用水泡发。(约需4小时)。
  • 2.香菇、木耳、豆腐皮放温水里泡发。
  • 3.泡发的黄豆放入九阳豆浆机里。加入水量到刻度线中央。接通电源选择“纯香”功能,让豆浆机开始工作。
  • 4.瘦肉切成薄片,放入盐、生抽、淀粉腌制二十分钟。(这是豆浆机工作的时间)
  • 5.小白菜放水里洗净备用。
  • 6.胡萝卜洗净切成条,豆腐皮切成丝,木耳和香菇洗净备用。
  • 7.豆浆机结束工作后,把豆浆过滤后倒入砂锅里置火上煮沸。
  • 8.放入木耳、香菇、胡萝卜煮熟。
  • 9.放入豆腐皮、瘦肉片、小白菜煮熟。
  • 10.调入盐即可关火食用。
