Steps to make 丝瓜豆腐汤

  • 1.瘦肉切片,加胡椒粉、生粉、花生油抓匀腌制十分钟
  • 2.姜切片、蒜切片、枸杞30粒备用
  • 3.丝瓜去皮切成小块,嫩豆腐切成小块
  • 4.锅内加油,下姜片、蒜片小火炒香
  • 5.加入丝瓜翻炒至变软
  • 6.往锅内一次性加适量清水并再加入豆腐,煮沸转中火煮三分钟
  • 7.再加入枸杞煮30秒
  • 8.最后放入腌制好的肉片煮一下,调入适量盐和鸡精
  • 9.成品图。
