Steps to make 鲜虾菊花盏

  • 1.准备所需食材,将春卷皮从冰箱取出放一边自然解冻
  • 2.鲜香菇洗净剁末
  • 3.鲜虾去壳,挑清虾线,洗净,剁泥
  • 4.香菜切碎,三样一起搅拌均匀
  • 5.依次加入盐
  • 6.料酒
  • 7.生抽
  • 8.白胡椒粉
  • 9.分次加入2勺清水
  • 10.将虾肉按同一方向搅打至上劲,放一边静置15分钟
  • 11.准备1张春卷皮和1把剪刀
  • 12.将春卷皮从下往上对折
  • 13.再从左到右对折
  • 14.用剪刀从上往下剪,长度约小方形的三分之二处,宽约1cm,依次剪出数条
  • 15.摊开的样子,将馅料放于春卷皮中间位置
  • 16.再次从下往上对折
  • 17.将两边的春卷皮像折衣服一样往中间对折
  • 18.将其中一片底部塞到另一片里面(可以稍稍沾点水粘牢)
  • 19.竖好后的样子,依次做好其余的菊花盏
  • 20.锅里倒多点油,烧到七成热,用筷子夹在中间处先把底部放入油锅内,上面的春卷皮小条会立刻散开,等样子定好后再抽出筷子
  • 21.全程小火,炸至金黄色,捞出滤干油份即可食用
