Steps to make 小煎鸡

  • 1.准备材料如图。
  • 2.将蒜苔、莴苣切小颗粒。
  • 3.将洋葱切小丁,青椒、辣椒切小圈,大蒜、生姜切片备用。
  • 4.将鸡肉切成小丁加入适量生抽、料酒拌匀腌制片刻。
  • 5.热锅倒油烧至八成热。
  • 6.放入鸡肉翻炒至表面微微发黄。
  • 7.放入大蒜、生姜、洋葱、泡椒翻炒出香味。
  • 8.接着放入莴苣翻炒片刻。
  • 9.放入适量盐翻炒均匀。
  • 10.最后放入青椒和蒜苔,加入一勺老干妈油辣椒翻炒片刻即可出锅。
