    Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

    • 1.鱼头半个, 剁椒(我用了两种,青剁椒,红剁椒),大蒜,生姜备,备用。
    • 2.鱼头半个,收拾干净划几刀。加上盐、料酒,抹匀,腌制半个小时,然后冲洗干净。
    • 3.蒜、姜、切成碎末备用。
    • 4.将蒜末、姜末、两种剁椒、蒸鱼豉油混合均匀。
    • 5.腌好的鱼头,冲洗干净,摆盘,可以在鱼头下面垫上2根葱段,姜片。将第四步中的辣椒均匀的抹在鱼头上。
    • 6.开水上锅蒸10分钟。
    • 7.撒上葱花。
    • 8.淋上少许热油即可。
