柿饼咖啡饼干
自从做了无水蛋香饼干后,就一发不可收拾,口感酥脆,蛋香味十足,女儿更是说好吃,还让我给他做,这次,我在上面加了点柿饼,感觉口感比上次的要好,因为,我家不喜欢吃太甜的,所以用糖量比较少,但是,这次放上柿饼,感觉超好。大家可以试试,快过节了,又可以当零食,又可以当甜点,还可以当下午茶,大家快来试试吧。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 咖啡粉10克
  • 牛奶25克
  • 玉米油30克

Steps to make 柿饼咖啡饼干

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.干柿饼泡后,擦去水分,切成小丁。
  • 3.准备一个干净盆,放上油和牛奶。
  • 4. 油和牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 5.另取一个无油无水的盆,放3个鸡蛋,白糖分3次加入后充分打发。
  • 6.蛋液打发到落到盆里蛋液的轨迹不能马上消失,就打发好了。
  • 7.筛入低粉,上下翻拌,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.从筛入低粉的盆中盛出少许低粉蛋液,放入油和牛奶中搅拌均匀。
  • 9.然后把步骤8,再倒入大盆中一起搅拌均匀(这步也可以放入自己喜欢的坚果或果料)
  • 10.倒入咖啡粉。
  • 11.咖啡粉倒入裱花袋(我的带子用完了),旁边剪一个1-2毫米的小口。
  • 12.挤在烤盘上。
  • 13.100度,10分钟,就考好了。
  • 14.袋子里装入自制的卡仕达酱(日志里有详细介绍)
  • 15.旁边剪一个1-2毫米的小口,按自己的想法,挤在烤好的饼干上。
