有的人却注定与它无缘,抓不住它,也留不住花。于是桔梗有着双层含义:永恒的爱和无望的爱

这个季节好像很多人都开始做泡菜了,我去韩国超市买材料的时候阿姨和我说的

其实拌桔梗韩国超市就有现成的拌好的,但是自己可以根据家人的口味儿来...

  • 辣椒酱30g
  • 白糖15g
  • 白醋25毫升

  • 1.桔梗用温水泡发,桔梗一般韩国超市都有的哦
  • 2.去掉两头,把粗的不均匀的切成均匀的丝
  • 3.黄瓜纵向切三厘米厚的块儿哦
  • 4.找一个大一点好拌菜的碟子,把切好的桔梗放进去,接着放入所有的调料拌匀
  • 5.这个就是虾酱哦,超市里有,网上也可以买....很多韩国拌菜里面都用得到的
  • 6.调料拌匀后腌制十分钟
  • 7.将黄瓜片与桔梗拌匀
  • 8.装盘即可食用,撒上炒香的芝麻即可...这道菜的特色是:味道香辣可口,并且具有黄瓜的嫩脆感,在吃的过程中,芝麻带来的香味也会令人久久难以忘怀
