紫薯布丁挞
周末烤蛋糕的时候我就把蛋挞酥皮拿出来解冻了,虽说会做这玩意,但时间不充足呀,所以还是会买一些备着,朋友在的时候拿出来稍微准备一下就能有点心吃了,图个方便!
本来应该是做蛋挞,但是没有奶油,只好用布丁液顶上,放了点蒸好的紫薯,成品也是外酥里嫩,奶香浓郁的吗!

  • 蛋挞底6个
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 纯牛奶120G
  • 白糖30G
  • 熟紫薯一个

Steps to make 紫薯布丁挞

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材
  • 2.牛奶与白糖倒入奶锅中加热至糖溶化
  • 3.放至温热倒入打散的鸡蛋液(牛奶一定要放至不烫手,以免成蛋花汤了)
  • 4.搅拌均匀后再过滤一遍
  • 5.紫薯切小丁(我这个是蒸过的,生的也可以)
  • 6.蛋挞底解冻后放上紫薯丁
  • 7.加入布丁液至8分满
  • 8.烤箱提前预热220度中层烤25分钟即可。
  • 9.咬开看看内部,香酥可口
