Steps to make 豌豆虾仁滑蛋

  • 1.大虾洗净,去除头部剥去虾皮,开背挑出虾线,加入淀粉抓几下,用清水洗净。
  • 2.加入料酒、盐、胡椒粉、少许淀粉,抓匀腌制一会。
  • 3.豌豆剥皮,放入开水煮熟。
  • 4.鸡蛋打入盆中,加入盐搅拌均匀。
  • 5.锅中倒入食用油烧热,放入虾仁煎2分钟左右至两面金黄。
  • 6.倒入蛋液翻炒。
  • 7.炒至蛋液凝固,加入豌豆粒翻炒几下即可。
