月圆中秋----------【广式草莓豆沙月饼】
这几天做月饼做的累死了,前天做了二十块,已经被分没了。这是昨天做的,家里有一包草莓馅,只有两百克,如果只用草莓馅做月饼,只能做六块,正好还有绿豆沙,豆沙包草莓,那一小包草莓馅做了十七块月饼呢,每一块都有草莓馅,豆沙不是很甜,正好解了草莓馅的甜腻,一边拍着照,一边吃月饼,不知不觉两块月饼到我肚里了,罪恶呀!咋就管不住自己的嘴呢?哎!美食面前谁都忍不住的!

   月饼切开,乍一看有点像蛋黄莲蓉月饼呢!朋友们看像不?

  • 草莓馅200克
  • 鸡蛋1个(刷表面)
  • 转化糖浆150克
  • 玉米油50克
  • 枧水4克

Steps to make 月圆中秋----------【广式草莓豆沙月饼】

  • 1.饼皮原料备用;
  • 2.转化糖浆,枧水,食用油倒入大碗内混合,搅匀;
  • 3.放入面粉;
  • 4.混合成面团;
  • 5.、包上保鲜膜醒一小时
  • 6.醒好的面团分成20g一个,草莓馅分成10克一个,绿豆沙分成20克一个;
  • 7.取一个绿豆沙球按扁,放入草莓馅;
  • 8.像包油酥一样收口滚圆;
  • 9.取一面团按扁,放入绿豆沙;
  • 10.像包油酥一样,利用右手虎口慢慢收口;
  • 11.将包好的月饼,搓圆,放面粉中滚上一圈,再放到手心重新搓一遍;
  • 12.模具中撒面粉,将圆球套入模中;
  • 13.朝下按出月饼即可(按的时候不要太用力了);
  • 14.将所有的月饼做好,码入放了锡纸的烤盘上;
  • 15.喷上一层清水;
  • 16.烤箱预热200度,中层,20分钟。烤5分钟后,拿出刷上一层全蛋液;
  • 17.再继续烤15分钟,取出晾凉即可。(做好的月饼表皮是硬的,放置12个小时回油后,即可食用)!
