初春的养阳汤菜------酸汤羊肉
初春,乍暖还寒,人们的衣食住行和冬天比较都有了变化。中医养生讲"春夏养阳",即春夏之时,自然界阳气升发,养生者宜顺时而养,护养体内阳气,使之保持充沛。这道汤菜-----酸汤羊肉中的主料羊肉,早在李时珍的《本草纲目》中就有论述:“羊肉能暖中补虚,补中益气,开胃健身,益肾气,养胆明目,治虚劳寒冷,五劳七伤”对于怕冷,尤其是手足怕冷的女同胞们大有补益作用!

  • 1.羊后腿肉顶刀切薄片
  • 2.配料图
  • 3.调料图
  • 4.配料香芹切段,黑木耳撕小朵,土豆淀粉洗净备用
  • 5.炒锅烧热放少量橄榄油,放入葱姜炒香
  • 6.放入略肥的羊腿肉煸炒片刻
  • 7.放入白胡椒粉煸炒,烹入少量料酒
  • 8.放入适量热水煮开
  • 9.将土豆粉放入
  • 10.放入香芹
  • 11.放入黑木耳
  • 12.将羊腿肉放入,所有材料在锅中搅匀略煮
  • 13.锅中放适量盐,放入生抽调味上色
  • 14.倒入适量料酒去羊肉腥膻之气
  • 15.放入一汤勺米醋
