  • 蚝油1勺
  • 米醋1勺
  • 白糖2克
  • 橄榄油15毫升

Steps to make 酸辣爽口,开胃解馋~秋葵拌虾球

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.虾仁洗净滤干,依次用刀开背,放入小碗中,加入调料1搅拌均匀,腌制15分钟。
  • 3.把蒜瓣处理好压成蒜泥或剁碎末,小米椒去籽切碎末(喜欢吃辣的就别去籽),香葱洗净滤干,切成葱花;把调料2的调料,出橄榄油外,其他放入小碗中调匀待用。
  • 4.秋葵用水清洗干净,加入面粉和白醋和适量的水搓一下浸泡15 分钟后冲洗干净,准备好一碗凉开水或冰水待用,锅内放入适量水,加1小勺盐和几滴植物油煮开,把秋葵倒入焯水1分钟捞起,放入准备好的凉水中;过滤一下取出,斜切成段铺入盘中。
  • 5.锅内放适量水煮开,倒入腌制好的虾球,待虾球变色后就捞起,放入秋葵的盘中。
  • 6.把处理好的辅料放入虾球上,把调好的酱汁倒上。
  • 7.锅烧热倒入橄榄油烧烫,把油浇入盘中。
