Steps to make 皮蛋豆腐

  • 1.皮蛋2个,内脂一盒
  • 2.皮蛋洗净去蛋壳,一切为四放在盘四边,豆腐切小块放盘中间
  • 3.调汁:2勺生抽、半勺糖、盐适量、辣椒油1勺、麻油1勺,鸡精少量。榨菜切碎、香菜切碎、花生米拍碎
  • 4.把全部材料放入碗里拌匀
  • 5.倒入盘中、吃时拌匀即可
