Steps to make 巧克力曲奇

  • 1.原料准备:低筋面粉100g,黄油65g,白砂糖15g,糖粉30g,鸡蛋液25g,可可粉20g
  • 2.黄油切成小块室温软化,然后加入糖粉,白砂糖,搅拌均匀
  • 3.用打蛋器将黄油打发,打发到黄油体积变大,表面颜色开始稍微变浅就可以了
  • 4.将鸡蛋液分2次加入黄油内。第一次先加一半,然后用打蛋器搅拌均匀,搅拌到黄油和鸡蛋液完全融合时,将剩下的一半继续加入,继续搅拌,直至黄油和第二次加入的鸡蛋液再次完全融合
  • 5.黄油和鸡蛋液混合的状态差不多是这个样子就可以了
  • 6.在黄油中加入低筋面粉
  • 7.在黄油中加入可可粉
  • 8.用刮刀将黄油和面粉搅拌均匀,做成一个光滑的面团
  • 9.将面团分成一个个均匀的小圆子
  • 10.拿出提前准备好的曲奇模具
  • 11.将小圆子放在烤盘上,然后用模具一压就可以了
  • 12.可以进烤箱啦!温度180℃,放在中层,上下火,烤8分钟左右
