[枣香黑糖吐司]--- 益气补血、健脾养胃
我喜欢用面包做早餐,不但是因为它的健康和能量,更因为它的千变万化,既可以做甜的,也可以做淡的;孩子不爱吃蔬菜,可以把蔬菜加入面包里,孩子不爱吃粗粮的,可以把粗粮加进面包里,轻轻松松让我们的早餐营养更全面。
在这寒冷的季节,我喜欢做枣香黑糖吐司,粒粒分明的枣肉香味浓郁,加上黑糖独特的清香,让我和家人特别的喜欢。在尽享美味的同时,还能益气补血、健脾养胃,特别适合现在这样寒冷的冬季。

  • 高筋面粉300克
  • 奶粉18克
  • 清水150克
  • 蛋液36克
  • 黑糖45克
  • 3克
  • 酵母5克
  • 黄油35克
  • 枣肉碎40克

Steps to make [枣香黑糖吐司]--- 益气补血、健脾养胃

  • 1.称量好黑糖。
  • 2.加入配方量里的清水融化。
  • 3.把黑糖水过滤一遍,倒入面包机里,加入蛋液。
  • 4.再依次加入混合好的高粉和奶粉。
  • 5.在面粉的一角加入盐,在面粉的中间挖个小洞,放入酵母,用面粉盖起来。
  • 6.启动一个和面程序(一个程序15分钟),程序结束后检测一下面团,面团能拉开,但容易破,而且表面不够光洁,这时候面团处于扩展阶段。
  • 7.加入事先软化的黄油。
  • 8.继续启动一个和面程序,程序结束后再次检测一下面团,很容易拉出薄而透亮的手套膜,这时候面团达到完全阶段。
  • 9.加入枣肉碎。
  • 10.启动和面程序约3分钟,让面团均匀的包裹住枣肉。
  • 11.盖上保鲜膜,发酵至原来的2到2.5倍大小。
  • 12.取出发酵好的面团,排气后平分为四等份.
  • 13.揉圆,盖上保鲜膜醒发15分钟。
  • 14.进行第一次擀卷,取一份面团擀成牛舌状。
  • 15.依次上下往中间折叠。
  • 16.把四份面团全部擀卷完毕,盖上保鲜膜继续静置松弛15分钟。
  • 17.第二次擀卷,取一份面团擀成长条状,并擀薄底边。
  • 18.翻面从上至下卷起。(以2到2.5个圈为宜,尽量不要超过3个圈)
  • 19.把四份面团依次擀卷好,对称的摆入面包机里。
  • 20.盖上保鲜膜,发酵至面包桶的八分满,在表面均匀的刷上一层全蛋液。
  • 21.启动面包机发烘烤功能,烧色选择中,时间设为35分钟,图为烤好的面包。
