Steps to make 红茶卡仕达酱

  • 1.低粉和红茶粉混合过筛。
  • 2.蛋黄打散后加入20克糖,打至色发白。
  • 3.混合好的低粉和红茶粉倒入蛋黄中。
  • 4.拌到没有颗粒。
  • 5.牛奶加入20克糖用小火加热到锅壁出现小泡泡关火。
  • 6.把牛奶倒入拌好粉的蛋黄中,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.再把面糊倒回锅里,用中火加热。
  • 8.这个时候要仔细观察,一不小心就会焦,面糊中间有沸腾,面糊慢慢变稠就可以关火。
  • 9.把面糊倒在干净的盆里,凉后入冰箱可以保存两天时间。
