  • 1.提前一晚泡发红豆,第二天先把红豆煮开,捞上来,再加水煮到开花,然后用长流水冲至锅里水清晰。最后上锅煮软。
  • 2.收水后就把红豆压成泥
  • 3.鸡蛋加糖打散
  • 4.加入所以面皮的料,然后搅拌搅拌搅拌
  • 5. 小火煎,然后上锅煎啦等冒泡后就可以翻面啦
  • 6.然后拿两片出来中间夹上红豆泥就可以吃啦
