Steps to make 4寸KITTY蒸蛋糕

  • 1.原料。
  • 2.常温鸡蛋打入盆中,加全部的细砂糖。
  • 3.高速打发至蛋液浓稠发白改低速打10秒左右,至蛋糊细腻。
  • 4.混合玉米油和水,搅打至乳化发白,看不到油星。
  • 5.低筋面粉提前过筛2遍,全部倒入打发的蛋糊,快速翻拌均匀。
  • 6.沿着刮刀淋入乳化的水油液,拌匀。
  • 7.小碗里滴1滴红色素,加一点点面糊,拌匀。
  • 8.红色面糊填充进学厨4寸KITTY模具的蝴蝶结位置。
  • 9.放入蒸锅,蒸3分钟至面糊凝固。因为蝴蝶结的位置靠上,所以要用东西把一边垫高,否则模具放入蒸锅后蝴蝶结的面糊会移位。
  • 10.蝴蝶结面糊凝固后取出。
  • 11.倒入上下的原色面糊。蒸锅水开后放入模具,中大火蒸30分钟,蒸锅里的水一定要一次加足,不能中途开盖加水。
  • 12.时间到,关火焖10分钟再揭开锅盖。
  • 13.脱模,不必倒扣也不必等到完全冷却。一点都不粘哦!
  • 14.巧克力隔水融化,描画出KITTY的眼睛和胡须,可爱的蒸蛋糕就做好了!
