Steps to make 里脊肉炒马蹄

  • 1.(我用的是两个不大的小番茄,看自己做的分量来决定吧)番茄放热水里煮一分钟,去皮切丁,里脊肉切片,放点淀粉抓匀,锅里多放油滑炒一下里脊肉出锅备用。马蹄切片,姜切丝。
  • 2.放适量油,下姜丝,然后加番茄丁翻炒几下,加入一些番茄酱(这个量自己把握,主要是上色好看)再把里脊肉放入翻炒一分钟左右,最后加入马蹄,翻炒均匀后加一点点水,煮到番茄收汁,调个味即可。
