皮蛋咸蛋粥
虽说是封控状态,但是早餐还是需要吃好,在连续很久买不到瘦肉(唯一的五花肉还被做成了腊肉)之后,有天晚上真的撞了大运在附近闪现的小店里面买到了一个皮蛋和一个咸鸭蛋,虽然没有肉,但是粥里面加了皮蛋和咸蛋,也是滋味满满啊!

    • 1.为了粥稠厚好吃,大米需要提前浸泡到半涨大状态,然后拌上食用油或者鸡油。
    • 2.开水下锅,始终保持大火煮,到后面很粘稠的时候一定要频繁搅动。
    • 3.一直煮到有非常不容易破裂的大泡泡,且水分基本就比米高差不多2厘米的时候就可以调整成小火准备放料了。
    • 4.转到超级小火,保持微微沸腾的状态就好,这时候不担心溢锅。
    • 5.皮蛋和咸蛋先切成小块。
    • 6.随后保持小火状态下皮蛋和咸蛋,搅匀之后稍微煮个几分钟就好,可以按照自己喜好适量添加食盐或者生姜丝。
