板栗巧克力蛋糕
重阳节前,刚好是我婆婆的生日,除了给婆婆准备一桌可口的饭菜,生日蛋糕自然是不可或缺的,甜甜蜜蜜的蛋糕,让婆婆吃到嘴里,甜到心里。和婆婆相处了二十多年了,从来没有红过脸,没有拌过嘴,关系一直很融洽。婆婆也是妈,只要像对待自己妈妈那样对待婆婆,婆婆也一样会把自己当闺女看的。在我家,我觉得婆婆是自己和老公的粘合剂,我和老公的感情本来就很好,加上婆婆天天夸我,老公对我是好上加好啦。你对他妈妈好,他有理由不对你好吗?!一家人和和睦睦,相亲相爱,其乐融融啊!
最后在重阳节里,祝婆婆身体健康,福寿绵长!

Details of ingredients

  • 黄油160g
  • 黑巧克力140g
  • 牛奶220g
  • 150g
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 低筋粉150g
  • 可可粉35g
  • 泡打粉5g
  • 熟板栗仁200g
  • 淡奶油275g
  • 黄油25g
  • 45g
  • 朗姆酒5毫升
  • 可可粉2小勺

Steps to make 板栗巧克力蛋糕

  • 1.把黄油、巧克力币、牛奶、白糖放入盆里
  • 2.隔水融化,融化即可千万不可温度过高,否则会油水分离
  • 3.把巧克力液晾至稍凉,倒入蛋液
  • 4.充分搅拌均匀
  • 5.低筋粉、可可粉、泡打粉混合
  • 6.过筛两遍,以保证均匀混合
  • 7.再筛入巧克力蛋液中
  • 8.搅拌均匀,没有颗粒
  • 9.倒入铺了油纸的烤盘中,
  • 10.烤箱180度预热后,入烤箱烤10分钟左右
  • 11.烤好的蛋糕片脱模倒扣晾凉
  • 12.烤熟的板栗仁加适量水,用破壁机搅拌成糊。有耐心的话可以直接用筛子擦成板栗蓉,就可以省略后面两步的翻炒。但我觉得太费劲了,就用机器打碎再炒干。这样省劲儿。
  • 13.搅打好的板栗糊,非常细腻
  • 14.加少许的黄油把板栗糊炒干,也不必特别干,差不多就行的。
  • 15.把板栗蓉晾凉,加入糖粉、朗姆酒和约1/3的淡奶油
  • 16.用打蛋器搅打后再加入约1/3的淡奶油
  • 17.继续用打蛋器搅拌,浓稠后加入剩余的淡奶油
  • 18.充分搅拌至成浓稠状,不再流动,可以裱花的状态,加入可可粉
  • 19.再搅打均匀就可以装入裱花袋了用来裱花了
  • 20.把晾凉的蛋糕片均匀的切成大小一致的4片。只用3片
  • 21.每一片上挤板栗奶油,然后叠加一起就可以了。我是个裱花小白,所以就这样简单弄了一下。虽然做法简单,但板栗奶油和巧克力的融合,味道是很不错的哩。婆婆也很喜欢的,做晚辈的看到老人喜欢是最满意的。
