    • 1.鲤鱼清理干净打上花刀。
    • 2.锅中油热撒上盐防止鱼粘锅。

    • 4.放入葱姜干辣椒和花椒炒香。
    • 5.放入一勺豆瓣酱。
    • 6.放入生抽。
    • 7.放入一勺蚝油。
    • 8.加入适量的水。
    • 9.放盐调味。
    • 10.放入胡椒粉。
    • 11.放入老抽。
    • 12.把煎好的鲤鱼放进去。
    • 13.煮上二十分钟,边炖边把汤汁往鱼身上淋。
    • 14.大火收汁即可。
