鸭子太大,砍了一半做啤酒鸭,这半边学做盐水鸭,吃起来很有嚼头,味道清淡,比较原汁原味。

Steps to make 盐水鸭

  • 1.用一大锅,放冷水,放鸭,再开中火;
  • 2.煮至鸭子的血水渗出,热水清洗;
  • 3.再放另一锅水,开大火,放入葱段、姜片;
  • 4.放调料放入球形网里,这样调料的残渣就不会到处散了;
  • 5.将球网放入水,放入鸭子;
  • 6.等水烧开后转成慢火,时不时要给鸭子翻个身;
  • 7.煮到鸭子全熟即可,斩件后可供食用。
