第一次做月饼
又是一年中秋到
太多人都在自己做月饼吧
学烘焙到现在
不到一年时间
第一个中秋
我也跟流
自己做月饼吧
我不爱吃月饼
只想给家人做点健康的东西

Details of ingredients

  • 普通面粉100克
  • 枧水1克
  • 奶粉5克
  • 黑糖糖浆75克
  • 调和油25克

Steps to make 第一次做月饼

  • 1.将枧水跟糖浆混合均匀
  • 2.倒入调和油,混合均匀
  • 3.倒入普通面粉及奶粉,搅拌均匀
  • 4.搅拌好的面团装入保鲜袋里(比较粘手,没事)醒1小时
  • 5.按照3:7的比例分好面跟馅(面约19克,馅约44克)
  • 6.取一个面团,双手按扁
  • 7.放上馅料,把馅料包住(很多方法,个人习惯,刚开始可能费劲,慢慢就熟悉了
  • 8.包好馅料的面团两手团几下(可以防止有的地方没包死)
  • 9.入模具,在烤盘上扣出(在模具里洒层面粉,然后倒出,防粘)如果月饼粘在模具上,可以往下按模具,另只手稍推动一下就可以了(要轻轻的哦)
  • 10.整好的月饼喷水,放入预热好的烤箱烤五分钟取出晾凉,刷蛋液,再烤十五分左右
  • 11.刚烤完的月饼很硬,要放在密封的容器里回油,2天即可。
