蔓越莓蜂蜜小蛋糕

  • 低筋面粉50g
  • 蜂蜜30g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 柠檬汁5滴

Steps to make 蔓越莓蜂蜜小蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.色拉油和蜂蜜混合在一起,隔水加热拌匀
  • 3.全蛋加入白砂糖、柠檬汁,用电动打蛋器打发,速度由慢到快,搅打至颜色变成乳白色,捞起后滴落的蛋糊呈线长状,不会立即消失,最后再用慢速搅打约1分钟
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,用手动打蛋器搅拌至无颗粒
  • 5.将混合好的蜂蜜跟色拉油倒入面糊中,拌匀
  • 6.倒入切碎的蔓越莓干用刮刀拌匀
  • 7.面糊倒入高温纸杯中8分满,放在室温下静置5分钟左右
  • 8.烤箱提前预热,上下火160度,烤15-20分钟至蛋糕上色即可,取出放烤网上晾凉。(晾凉的蛋糕有回缩,属正常现象)
