Steps to make 自制酸豆角

  • 1.豇豆摘洗干净,晾干表面水分。
  • 2.将水倒进干净无油的锅里,放入花椒烧开,加入盐煮2分钟。
  • 3.将调料水彻底晾凉。
  • 4.将豇豆放进干净无油无水的容器里。
  • 5.倒入调料水,要保证完全淹没豇豆。
  • 6.最后倒入白酒。
  • 7.盖上盖子,给坛边加满水,起到密封的作用。
  • 8.将坛子放到阴凉通风处夏天5~7天就可以吃了。时间越长,酸味越浓。
  • 9.泡酸豇豆。
