巧克力布朗尼

  • 低筋面粉35g
  • 黄油65g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 核桃仁35g
  • 白糖60g

Steps to make 巧克力布朗尼

  • 1.核桃仁用155度烤10分钟左右,表面金黄色就好了,稍微去皮,去涩味!
  • 2.黄油和巧克力混合在一起,隔水加热融化,混合动力搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入鸡蛋,细砂糖,混合均匀,筛入低粉,拌到无干粉就可以了,不用过度搅拌!
  • 4.加入核桃仁,稍微搅拌一下即可!
  • 5.倒入模具,烤箱180度,提前预热,把蛋糕放入烤箱,大概20分钟就烤好了!
  • 6.巧克力布朗尼就做好了,尝一尝是不是很美味
