并不爱这千层酥皮,虽然很多人喜欢它那层层香酥的口感。如果不做蛋挞,要如何把它解决掉呢?君之有一款杏仁酥条,没有杏仁,那就走平民路线,用花生好了。花点时间,把花生切成碎粒。提前把酥皮取出解冻,制作起来要多简单有多简单,实在是无比快捷,立等可取。
按自己喜欢的尺寸剪裁,比一般尺寸小上一号,吃上一根不会有太罪过的感觉。不过,相信很多人就像君之说的那样,停不了口。。。。

  • 11.扭成麻花状
  • 12.摆入烤盘
  • 13.放入烤箱,中层,上下火200度,烤约15分钟左右
  • 14.表面金黄,出炉
