香辣小龙虾
以前没有自己做过小龙虾,前段时间看见市场有卖的,看很多亲都说最后连手指头都一起吮吸了,不怕麻烦的自己也买来做了。
果真是这样呀!这一碟因为有辣的,所以这全部是我一人搞掂的,就是觉得肉少了点哈,差点连手指头都咬啦!

  • 小龙虾400g
  • 生姜1小块
  • 蒜子5瓣
  • 花椒20粒
  • 干辣椒3个
  • 3汤匙
  • 1/2茶匙
  • 豆瓣酱1勺
  • 酱油1汤匙
  • 米酒几滴

Steps to make 香辣小龙虾

  • 1.买回来的小龙虾用清水养半天,中途要换几次水,准备煮前用牙刷刷干净(防止被不小心咬到,最好带手套)。
  • 2.龙虾尾部有3片取中间的那一片拉出肠。
  • 3.再用剪刀把虾头前半部分剪掉,这样更干净些。
  • 4.处理干净的小龙虾再冲洗干净沥干水备用。
  • 5.所有配料。
  • 6.热锅下油,把所有配料放进炒香。
  • 7.再加进豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 8.把小龙虾倒进翻炒,淋上米酒。
  • 9.可加适量盐,加进一大碗水,盖上锅盖焖煮十五分钟左右。
  • 10.最后加适量酱油,适当调味。
  • 11.美味的小龙虾便完成了。
