  • 吉利丁片10g
  • 小号花型蛋糕模一个

Steps to make 桔子果冻

  • 1.准备所需食材
  • 2.5g鱼胶片放冰水里浸泡至软,罐头倒入碗内,桔子隔水加热,将泡好的鱼胶片放入,搅拌至融化
  • 3.将搅拌好的罐头汁倒入模具内,送入冰箱冷藏2小时
  • 4.牛奶内加入泡软的5g鱼胶片,搅拌至融化
  • 5.加入适量白砂糖,隔水加热,
  • 6.加入适量白砂糖,隔水加热至糖融化
  • 7.将牛奶倒入冻好的桔子果冻上,送入冰箱冷藏3小时以上
  • 8.食用前用模具刀将果冻脱模取出
