葡萄串面包--让我得意的要飞起来
好诱人的一个大葡萄串,既好吃又好看。烤出来以后,那个心情啊,得意的简直要飞起来了。

  • 奶粉40g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 温水220g
  • 黄油40g
  • 酵母3g
  • 60g

Steps to make 葡萄串面包--让我得意的要飞起来

  • 1.准备好所有材料
  • 2.先把除黄油和葡萄干以外的其他材料,揉成团,然后加入黄油,继续揉15分钟左右,至光滑。
  • 3.发酵至两倍大。
  • 4.葡萄干用温水泡一会,洗净,挤干水分,晾一下。
  • 5.取一块面团,揉成大约直径2cm左右的条状。
  • 6.切成大约2.5-3cm长度的段。
  • 7.用手指捏扁,放入葡萄干。我每个葡萄粒放了两个葡萄干,
  • 8.包住,滚圆,收口朝下。烤盘放油纸,直接做好一个,就摆放好位置。记得盖上布,防止风干。
  • 9.取一块面团,擀成大约0.5cm左右厚度的饼,修剪出葡萄叶的样子。用刀子压上纹路。同样操作,不同大小可以做几个。
  • 10.在烤盘摆放好,另外取一小块面,搓成渐细的条,摆成葡萄须的样子。
  • 11.盖上布,放温暖处发酵约半小时。
  • 12.真的很美啊。
  • 13.显摆显摆。
  • 14.发酵好后,刷上全蛋液,撒上白芝麻。
  • 15.烤箱180度预热,中下层烤20分钟左右。看到颜色比较理想,要加盖锡纸。
  • 16.金黄金黄的颜色,别提多诱人了。
  • 17.重量810g,看多大的一串大葡萄。
