Steps to make 松仁玉米

  • 1.新鲜玉米从棒子上掰下来后清洗一遍。然后开水里煮2-3分钟后捞出备用。
  • 2.少许淀粉加入清水后稀释成淀粉水,准备好豌豆和熟松仁。松仁如果是生的,可以放烤箱180的烤5分钟左后至熟。
  • 3.热锅冷油爆香姜末然后将煮熟的玉米和生豌豆粒一起倒入锅里翻/2分钟。
  • 4.然后倒入松仁,在加入1勺盐和一勺白糖翻炒片刻。白糖一勺就够啦,白糖太多整道菜的口感太甜。
  • 5.出锅前加入些淀粉水再翻炒片刻。加入淀粉水是为了让调料的味道均匀的裹在每一粒玉米粒上,这样让会让菜的口感会更好。
  • 6.出锅后趁热吃哦!
