  • 1.鮟鱇鱼取出鱼肝,将经络血管去除
  • 2.清酒煮沸,入姜片、薄荷叶、鱼肝煮5分钟
  • 3.捞出鱼肝,沥干,放入50克白葡萄、海盐、磨碎的百里香、姜末;用锡纸包裹起来,冷冻一晚
  • 4.黄油融化,下洋葱煸香,捞出洋葱,倒入海鲜酱、下海盐、调味,轻轻放入切完片的鱼肝片,小火慢煎两面各1分钟
  • 5.捞出晾凉
