柳州特色之酿豆腐

  • 香菇100克
  • 糯米2斤
  • 蒜苗100克
  • 豆腐泡5斤

Steps to make 柳州特色之酿豆腐

  • 1.槟榔芋去皮洗净切成小粒。
  • 2.木耳泡发洗净切碎。
  • 3.香菇泡发,洗净切碎。
  • 4.前腿肉洗净,剁碎。
  • 5.蒜苗洗净切碎。
  • 6.准备好的豆腐泡。
  • 7.糯米提前泡好沥干水分。炒锅里放入油,倒入肉末煸炒变色铲出,留底油放入香菇木耳爆香后放入芋头粒炒匀加入糯米、肉末继续翻炒,加入盐、生抽和十三香炒匀,大约炒十多分钟左右,放入蒜苗关火。温度适合的时候,取豆腐泡,用手指在豆腐泡顶部撕一小口,把里面的豆渣掏出(这步可提前做),然后把炒好的馅料塞入豆腐泡里面,尽量塞紧,逐个酿好,放入大锅中,隔水蒸(大火烧开,中小火蒸一个小时左右)香喷喷的酿豆腐就可以了,好吃不过美食哦!
