砂锅山药鱼头汤
鱼头汤煮山药太鲜太好吃了、老公提了一条7、8斤的江魚回来、杀了一个多小时、才搞定、太大了、这江里的魚就是好吃、特别鲜美、一点鱼腥味都没有、虽然杀鱼很辛苦,但是也值了。

Steps to make 砂锅山药鱼头汤

  • 1.鱼去鳞洗干净
  • 2.切开鱼头、对半切、洗净、太大、不然的话锅难装
  • 3.准备
  • 4.鱼头加入姜片、料酒、大葱段、少许盐腌制一会
  • 5.铁锅中倒入少许油、下入鱼头煎
  • 6.至两面金黄
  • 7.下入少量泡椒、泡萝卜丝、一起炒香、(不喜欢可以不加丿
  • 8.然后掺入适量清水烧开
  • 9.转入砂锅中
  • 10.下入山药
  • 11.枸杞葱段
  • 12.少许盐一起小火熬煮半小时左右
  • 13.太鲜了~
