  • 1.红小豆提前两小时浸泡,然后放入高压锅里面,加适量清水1:1,大火上汽后转小火压30分钟。
  • 2.红豆煮好,这时候比较稀。
  • 3.倒入红糖,搅拌均匀,使其融化,用勺子碾碎红豆。
  • 4.把红豆盛入不粘锅中。
  • 5.小火不停翻炒,这个是很考验耐心的哦。
  • 6.半小时后,觉得翻炒有阻力了,水分渐渐蒸发。
  • 7.好啦!
  • 8.吃不了我把它分成若干份冷冻保存。
