Steps to make 菠萝包

  • 1.将面粉150g,牛奶70g,白糖30g,酵母2g,全蛋液10g,盐少量搅拌均匀揉成面团。
  • 2.加入黄油15g,揉匀。
  • 3.放在温暖的地方发酵至两倍大。
  • 4.揉面团排气,分成四等份。
  • 5.等待发酵的时候制作菠萝皮。黄油20g打发,加入白糖20g,盐少许,全蛋液10g,打发。加入面粉40g,玉米淀粉10g,揉匀成团。
  • 6.分成四等份。
  • 7.将菠萝皮团压扁,半包住面包团,用刀划出菠萝纹,刷上蛋液,放入烤箱中二次发酵,待面团发至两倍大,烤350F,15分钟。
