坚果藕粉
藕粉是用干燥的莲藕磨成的,是久负盛誉的传统滋养食品,也是药食同源的食品。藕粉制成方便食品后食用简易,用开水一冲就可食用。

藕粉中含有大量淀粉,葡萄糖、蛋白质,还含有一定的碳水化合物、膳食纤维以及钙、磷、钠,铁等矿物质和多种维生素。平时适量吃些藕粉,可增加饱腹感,也有利于减少其它食物的摄入。

Steps to make 坚果藕粉

  • 1.桂花藕粉一小包,坚果果干一碟;坚果用量和品种可调整。
  • 2.藕粉倒入大杯或者碗中。
  • 3.准备一把小勺,从饮水机里接开水,一边接水一边用小勺不停搅拌藕粉;随着水量的增加和温度的上升,藕粉变成了透明状的藕糊。
  • 4.将坚果和果干放入藕糊中,趁着热乎劲吃,藕糊香甜细腻滑爽,干果香脆,果干酸甜,既满足吃甜品的愿望,又能充饥解饱。
