香蕉巧克力豆马芬蛋糕

Steps to make 香蕉巧克力豆马芬蛋糕

  • 1.熟香蕉搅碎。(搅或切成小粒即可,不用成糊状)
  • 2.全蛋内加入细砂糖。
  • 3.搅拌均匀后加入玉米油。
  • 4.再搅拌均匀后加入牛奶。
  • 5.继续搅拌呈均匀的液体状,加入2小匙柠檬汁。
  • 6.加入搅碎的香蕉粒。
  • 7.搅匀后筛入低粉、泡打粉和小苏打的混合物。
  • 8.改用刮刀以不规则方向轻轻搅拌成均匀的面糊。
  • 9.用汤匙将面糊舀入纸模内约七分满,并在面糊表面放上适量的耐高温巧克力豆。
  • 10.烤箱预热,180度30分钟左右。
