海鲜焗饭

  • 蛤蜊50克
  • 黄油1小块
  • 马苏里拉芝士40克
  • 芝士片3片
  • 洋葱半个
  • 蟹肉棒3根
  • 口蘑4个
  • 大蒜5瓣

Steps to make 海鲜焗饭

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.准备泰国香米。
  • 3.将香米加水放入微波炉蒸熟。蒸熟的香米饭盛出备用。
  • 4.将口蘑、蟹肉棒、冬笋分别切成小丁备用。
  • 5.准备青豆。玉米粒。
  • 6.大虾去头去皮去虾线,放入碗中加料酒胡椒粉腌制。
  • 7.锅中加水姜片烧开,将虾先焯烫一下出锅,再放入蛤蜊煮至口子微微张开就捞出。
  • 8.洋葱、大蒜切末。
  • 9.炒锅中放入一小块黄油。
  • 10.放入洋葱碎、大蒜碎炒香,放入切好的各种丁翻炒。
  • 11.加入米饭加少许盐、黑胡椒翻炒均匀。
  • 12.盛到焗碗里。
  • 13.上面摆上焯好的虾、蛤蜊。
  • 14.上面铺上芝士片,撒上马苏里拉芝士碎。(任选一种)
  • 15.烤箱200度预热,烘烤20分钟左右,待芝士上色即可取出。
