Steps to make 炸藕盒

  • 1.猪肉切片。葱姜洗净切细。
  • 2.放入料理机中绞成馅。
  • 3.分几次加入适量的水,搅拌至水分吸收。加入各种调味料,和少许湿淀粉,再搅拌至上劲即可。
  • 4.取适量地瓜淀粉。
  • 5.打入一个鸡蛋。
  • 6.再加入适量清水,少许盐,调成稀糊状。
  • 7.莲藕去皮,洗净。
  • 8.切成厚薄约2mm的片。切的时候注意一点,藕片的顺序不要打乱。
  • 9.先取一片藕片,用竹片取适量肉馅,在藕片上抹平。
  • 10.取相邻的一片藕片盖上捏紧。
  • 11.放好待用。
  • 12.锅中放入适量的植物油,中火烧热。
  • 13.将生藕荷裹上一层淀粉糊。
  • 14.两面都要均匀挂上一层薄糊。
  • 15.将挂好糊的藕合轻轻放入油锅。
  • 16.将两面炸至金黄。
  • 17.沥油装盘。
  • 18.味道很不错。
